What’s Next?
As of February 1, Cecil Bank locations will operate as Cecil Bank, a Division of The Ephrata National Bank, until our systems conversion during the weekend of June 26, 2026. Here’s what you need to know.
You Can Keep

Right now, your same accounts, products, and services remain in place. You can continue using your existing credit cards, debit cards, and checks issued by Cecil. Your local branch locations remain open, and the same friendly staff is ready to serve you.

ENB was founded in 1881 by 73 investors who contributed $100 each. Its largest early investor, William Z. Sener, became the bank’s first president.
ENB’s headquarters is located at 31 E. Main Street, Ephrata, Pennsylvania, in the bank’s historic building completed in 1925.
